Server Rules

  • 1.

    Respect Everyone

    No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse.

  • 2.

    No Cheating or Exploiting

    Hacked clients, macros, modified behavior, bug exploitation, or unfair advantages are prohibited.

  • 3.

    No Griefing or Intentional Disruption

    No deliberate griefing, persistent trolling, impersonation, or abuse of Warden powers.

  • 4.

    No Harassment or Hate Speech

    Harassment, bullying, or hate speech of any kind is prohibited.

  • 5.

    Use Chat and Voice Chat Appropriately

    No disruptive chat, audio, slurs, excessive noise, spam, scams, inappropriate content, or harassment.

  • 6.

    Keep Gameplay Fair

    No rank boosting, RP manipulation, ghosting, cross-teaming, or win-trading.

  • 7.

    Report Bad Actors

    Use /report <player> in-game to report cheaters and rule breakers.

How to Join with Voice Chat

Warden Code of Conduct

  1. 1.

    Play the Objective

    The Warden's primary responsibility is to prevent Robbers from escaping the prison. Wardens must actively participate in the match and make a genuine effort to fulfill their role.

  2. 2.

    Maintain Fair Gameplay

    Wardens must play fairly and may not abuse their authority, equipment, or gameplay mechanics to intentionally ruin the experience for other players.

  3. 3.

    No Impossible or Contradictory Orders

    Wardens may not deliberately issue impossible, contradictory, or confusing instructions for the purpose of unfairly punishing or killing Robbers.

  4. 4.

    No Abusive or Inappropriate Demands

    Wardens may not require prisoners to perform degrading, discriminatory, inappropriate, or otherwise unreasonable activities unrelated to legitimate gameplay.

  5. 5.

    No Random or Unjustified Killing

    Wardens may use force to prevent escapes, defend themselves, and respond to legitimate threats. However, deliberately attacking or killing Robbers solely to harass, intimidate, or disrupt gameplay is prohibited.

  6. 6.

    No Spawn Killing

    Wardens may not intentionally camp Robber respawn locations to repeatedly kill players immediately after they respawn. Robbers must have a reasonable opportunity to resume gameplay.

  7. 7.

    No Targeted Harassment

    Wardens may not repeatedly target, attack, or punish specific players for personal reasons, retaliation, or disagreements unrelated to the match.

  8. 8.

    No Crossteaming

    Wardens may not accept help from the Robbers for guarding the prison.

  9. 9.

    No Exploiting Bugs or Glitches

    Wardens may not abuse unintended mechanics, map glitches, unauthorized locations, or other exploits to trap Robbers, prevent escapes, or gain an unfair advantage.

  10. 10.

    No Intentional Softlocking

    Wardens may not deliberately create situations where Robbers become permanently trapped or unable to participate because of unintended mechanics. Legitimate prison security and containment are permitted.

  11. 11.

    No Match Sabotage

    Wardens may not intentionally assist Robbers in escaping, disable prison defenses to rig a match, or deliberately interfere with normal gameplay.

  12. 12.

    No Rank Point Manipulation

    Wardens may not deliberately manipulate RP, match results, or other statistics. This includes allowing friends to escape or exploiting the match-ending system.

  13. 13.

    No Collusion or Favoritism

    Wardens must treat all Robbers fairly and may not provide special advantages to friends, teammates, or specific players to influence match results.

  14. 14.

    No Deliberate Inactivity

    Wardens may not intentionally remain AFK, refuse to participate, or abandon their responsibilities for the purpose of disrupting a match or manipulating its outcome.

  15. 15.

    No Camping, Cornering, or Trapping

    Wardens may not trap, corner, camp, or sit on any player with the intention of not permitting a Robber to reasonably move.

  16. 16.

    No Outside Assistance

    Wardens may not use spectators, stream sniping, unauthorized information, or outside communication to gain an unfair advantage or locate escaping Robbers.

  17. 17.

    Do Not Impersonate Staff

    The Warden role does not provide authority over the server. Wardens may not impersonate staff members, invent server rules, or threaten players with punishments they cannot legitimately issue.

  18. 18.

    Follow All Server Rules

    Wardens are required to follow the general Cops and Robbers server rules in addition to this Code of Conduct. Being the Warden does not provide exemptions from any server policy.
